The UNIGEM network of universities from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro is organizing activities as part of the “16 Days of Activism Campaign Against Violence on Women” this year.

In addition to promoting the book Who is Afraid of Gender? by Judith Butler, universities and high schools will organize workshops and lectures on the topic of gender-based violence.

On Human Rights Day, December 10, 2025, high schools from Sarajevo will present video works and the TPO Foundation, in cooperation with the Jewish Community of Sarajevo, will organize a roundtable discussion on the intersection of religion and gender-based violence.
