A two-day training “Personal and Professional Development” within the project “Initiative for Creative Dialogue and Education” (ICDE) implemented by TPO Foundation Sarajevo was held in Tuzla on November, 7-8, 2015 and it was organized by the Union of Students at the University of Tuzla and TPO Foundation, Sarajevo. Students of the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Philosophy (University of Tuzla) attended the training and the training lecturers were Ms.Amra Delić, PhD and Ms. Džejna Bajramović, the executive marketing manager at the tobacco factory Sarajevo. The assistants were Irma Ramić in front of the Union of Students at the University of Tuzla and Anja Maksić in front of TPO Foundation Sarajevo. On the first day of training, Professor Delić was delivering a lecture on how to perceive a problem as a challenge, how to deal with stress in a simple, but very efficient way and above all, how to know ourselves and our needs and how to find the best

way to satisfy them. The second day was abundant with examples from the business practice that Ms. Bajramović shared with us generously. It was an opportunity to learn how to write a proper and impressive CV, how to be successful and employable as well as the exploring of terminology that could be helpful in building our personality and ourselves in general. The participants got the handbook “Personal and Professional Development” whose authors were the lecturers Delić and Bajramović, so they could educate and build themselves further.
In the end of the training, the participants received certificates for their training attendance and the goal itself was useful, innovative and interactive learning on how to know ourselves and how to get job more easily. Those were two days of expedient and valuable learning, pleasant time and new friendships.
