ACTIVITIES
Research - educational project EMILIA is a European Union Framework 6 research project with 54 months duration in the thematic area of Lifelong Learning, social inclusion, employment and IT, implemented in cooperation with HNI Sarajevo, and in consortium with 17 universities and research institutions form the entire Europe, 2007-2010.
Pilot research project: Survey on tolerance in BH and USA among Muslims, Orthodox and Catholics in cooperation with State University Arizona , with the purpose of comparison of tolerance level among mentioned population in Bosnia and abroad, 2008.
Research project: Women, religion and politics, in cooperation with IMIC Centre and support of Norwegian Embassy Sarajevo where 20 towns and villages were paid a visit and 529 participants interviewed. The purpose of the research was to examine impact of religious heritage and cultural and customary tradition on woman status in public life and politics, 2005-2007.
Educational project: Development of curriculum for Comparative religious studies for BH universities with cooperation with Banja Luka and Tuzla Universities and with the support of Norwegian Government, DEZA, OSCE and Goethe Institute, 2008.
Development of school books for Culture of religion in partnership with Goethe Institute and OSCE, and publication of Monotheistic Three Voices book, 2008.
Research: Gender perspective in organ donors in BH, in cooperation with Health Net International, and support of Canadian International Development Agency, CIDA, 2007.
Project on Social Inclusion of Women Returnees in BiH to conduct need assessment analysis and produce training materials for relevant institutions and users, supported by Norwegian Government, 2009-2011.
Training Program on Modification of the social and cultural patterns of conduct of men and women in Bosnia and Herzegovina, aiming at contributing to implementation of article 5 of the CEDAW convention and Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security, supported by UNIFEM, 2009.
Training Program on ''Increasing Awareness on Gender Based Violence and the Role of Women in Interreligious Dialogue'' aiming at increasing local community awareness on women's human rights with particular attention to gender-based violence and interreligious dialogue, supported by UNIFEM, 2010.
Campaign Program on Empowerment of Women Voters: 101 reasons to vote for women aiming at motivating women to vote through education and media campaign, supported by Swiss government, 2010.
Campaign Program on Test for Dialogue in 10 cities for 16 days of Activism Against Violence on women in cooperation with Medica Zenica, supported by US Embassy and SDC, 2010.
Training program Test for Dialogue in Schools of the municipality Center Sarajevo to empower pedagogues and students on dialogical competences and prevention of violence, supported by municipality Center Sarajevo, 2011.
Research project on Women and Peace-building Reconciliation in BiH aims to promote women peace-makers in BiH, through the promotion on their life story narratives, and is supported by UN-Women, 2011-2012.
Research project on World Women Peace-makers - the goal of the project is to promote world paradigm of women in peace-building and also to create the Handbook which will empower teachers to include these contents in curricula/regular program activities. The project is supported by the Royal Norwegian Embassy, 2010-2012.
